OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The Council of Social Agencies of Hampshire County, a network of human service providers and recipients, promotes collaboration and advocacy to improve human services locally.

MAKING CONNECTIONS
FOR OVER 30 YEARS
Founded as the Council of Social Agencies of Hampshire County, COSA has a long tradition of supporting local nonprofits. Informative programming has helped agencies deepen their understanding of best practices, effective service delivery, and powerful advocacy.
Providing monthly presentations, special events, e-newsletters, and networking opportunities, COSA assists members who want to develop stronger services and more effective collaborations. All of these connections build greater success for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
