Learn how to help people save $30/month on their internet bill
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is available to help people pay for their internet service. Signing up to receive a monthly discount on their internet bill can be complicated and will vary depending on which company provides internet service. Many people will need help with applying for this discount.
We are providing free workshops for anyone in the Pioneer Valley who wants to be an “ACP Helper” to assist people with completing the application. The training will help you understand the benefits of the ACP, and if you are interested, to enable you to provide enrollment assistance. ACP Helpers who go through the workshops will get support and access to ACP expertise.
There are two workshops being offered online. For those who cannot attend, a recording will be made available.
Workshop 1: May 24th. Time: 2-3:30 pm
Workshop 2: June 3rd. Time: 10-11:30am
**For those who cannot attend, a recording will be made available. Please visit the registration page and provide your email address.

The workshops will be led by Education Superhighway, a nationally recognized nonprofit, whose mission is to close the digital divide for households that want access to the Internet but can’t afford to connect.
The training is being sponsored by the Western Massachusetts Alliance for Digital Equity, a regional coalition of local nonprofit and public organizations working to promote digital equity and opportunity for the residents of the Pioneer Valley.
Generous support for this initiative is provided by Comcast and Baystate Health
Thanks to our friends at Community Action Pioneer Valley for helping to get the word out about this important program!
