Family Support Worker
Community Action seeks energetic, organized, self-motivated individual with case management, group facilitation, and community resource experience to provide strength-based support and programming for families and youth at the Family Center.
The employee will assist with referrals to community resources, provide individual case management, plan and host groups using evidence-based curricula, and lead and support a variety of youth and family-friendly activities. Build strong networking relationships with area service providers. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, including extensive coordination with families and community partners.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Associates or BA in related field preferred but not required. $17.13-$18.17/hr 37.5 hrs/wk; excellent benefits//training.
