An update on a new youth mental health initiative from MAMH:
Massachusetts Association for Mental Health is pleased to announce the launch of JustAsk, a new multimedia campaign aimed at empowering young adults to take charge of their mental health.
Recent surveys on the mental health impact of the pandemic suggest that young adults (ages 18-24) were disproportionately affected, with most (56%) saying they are experiencing increased feelings of anxiety or depression. Young adults also were more likely than other age groups to report increased substance use and thoughts of suicide during the pandemic.
