Full TIHC Network meeting on May 12th 1-2:30 pm on Zoom link HERE:

Do you want to learn about healing techniques that help people overcome trauma using touch, eye movement and distraction to ease stress and anxiety?

Join Trauma Informed Hampshire County on May 12th for a presentation on Havening Technique:

The Havening Techniques are a healing modality that is designed to help individuals overcome problems associated with trauma, using touch, eye movements, and distractions to mitigate feelings of stress, unease, and anxiety. The philosophy of havening is to create new neural pathways in the brain to reduce mental health symptoms related to negative memories and experiences. Elena Kindler, a certified Havening Technique Practitioner and Trainer from New York City will explain what Havening is, the neuroscience behind it, and how it can be used, along with a short demo.

We are lucky to have Elena join us! As a Tower One Survivor from 9/11, Elena found Havening profoundly impactful on herself and left a lucrative profession to immerse herself in trauma-informed healing work; please read her attached bio for more information.

We always start our meetings with a quick grounding and a DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) exercise and will end with short updates from our various teams and any group announcements.

Everyone is welcome to join us; please feel free to share this email with your networks.
