WMass Mother’s Day Half-Marathon to be held in Whately, MA
May 14, 2023 * Proceeds to benefit Cancer Connection
WHATELY, MA –The 13th Annual Western Mass Mother’s Day Half-Marathon will be held in Whately, MA to benefit Cancer Connection on Sunday, May 14, 2023. The race begins at 7:30 am with our walkers and “fun-runners" and the half-marathon race starting at 8:00 am on Christian Lane near the Whately Police/Fire Stations. The course is USATF certified (USATF Certification MA11002JK) and covers 13.1 scenic miles. It is a fairly flat course with a few rolling hills and is a beginner’s course for everyone so come give it a shot for a good cause!
The first 500 runners to register will receive a free race shirt. Race information and registration at www.mothersdayhalfmarathon.com will be available through May 12 at 5:00pm EST. Parking will be provided by the Yankee Candle Company Manufacturing plant on Christian Lane in Whately, MA. There’s still time left to sign up so please register to run or walk or sign up to be a volunteer or donate! Proceeds from the Western Mass Mother’s Day Half-Marathon will support Cancer Connection services.
