Cooley Dickinson Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
Call For Members
Looking for an opportunity to give back to our community? Have you or your family member received medical services at Cooley Dickinson Hospital or at any of the Cooley Dickinson Medical Group practices?
Please consider serving on the Cooley Dickinson Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
PFAC is comprised of a group of hospital administrators and community members who meet regularly for the sole purpose of providing patient and family input into Cooley Dickinson Hospital initiatives and processes. Every hospital in the Commonwealth has a PFAC.
As a member of PFAC you will have an opportunity to be a voice in hospital operations and initiatives. You will be exposed to the challenges and successes of delivering health care to our community. Your participation in health care, shared decision making, interaction with hospital staff, and community service will not only make a difference at our community hospital but it will enrich your exposure to how patients and families can be heard during their health care experience.
You will work with a diverse group of emerging professionals, clinical staff, retirees, veterans, current and former patients who like yourself want to give back to our community hospital and play an active role in health care. The rewards are immeasurable. The time commitment is reasonable.
